Polished Concrete

We are capable of providing a wide variety of finishes in order to suit your needs. Anything from a dull satin to a high gloss is possible. In addition to polishing, we are able to stain and seal your workplace to achieve your desired color and effect.

Identifying Your Finish

When determining the finish that best suits your needs, it is important to consider the purpose of your work environment. Lighting, work place cleanliness, and levels of foot or machine traffic should also be considered. Should you have any issues or uncertainties determining what finish suits you, we can assist you to provide our expert opinions.

The Process

Once your desired finish is identified, we will begin with the "initial cut." This refers to first pass over your existing concrete area with our specialized grinding and dust collection machinery utilizing the lowest grit diamond cutting tools deemed necessary. With each successive pass, we will use higher grit diamond or resin tooling until the desired effect is achieved. If a staining process or a color dye is desired, the application of this process will occur nearer toward the end of the polishing process. A sealing compound is recommended in order to protect and preserve the longevity of your floor.
